Per Video-Cellar: Copyright could be forfeited if published without notice provided steps were not taken to rectify the omission within 5 years from publication (this could include including notices in later editions or registration.

Hope this helps.

alright. I'll look into it. If there isn't a notice in the beginning or ending credits of the Bluray copy I think I'll upload it.

alright... the opening credits have some Beatles playing over them. Supposing I cut out any copyrighted music, could I upload it?

Maybe... Cutting out The Beatles music may not be necessary. The question is really beyond my pay grade. You could upload it anyway, and see if it gets pulled or wait for more knowledgable members to chime in on this.

... As long as the BR copy doesn't have the "new material" in it. Probably an extended edition.

I checked the movie length for the blu-ray at blu-ray.com and it says its 90 minutes. On imdb.com it say the theatrical release was 90 minutes. So we might assume that it is the same cut, unless blu-ray.com is wrong it is actually the 95 minutes Canadian cut.

alright. Thanks a lot for all the research you did. I'll be uploading (If it isn't 95 minutes long...) the blu ray version in a few days.
